Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Custom orders or items requiring personalization may take 7–10 business days before shipping.
• You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $50.00
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $80.00
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150

Canada:

• International Shipping (5–10 business days): $24.95
• Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Important Notes

• We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.
• If shipping issues arise, contact us, and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.

Lost or Delayed Packages
