At Bridal Trousseau, we take pride in delivering your bridal accessories and gowns with care, efficiency, and transparency. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
- Custom orders or items requiring personalization may take 7–10 business days before shipping.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $50.00
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $80.00
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150
Canada:
- International Shipping (5–10 business days): $24.95
- Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.
- If shipping issues arise, contact us, and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at support@bridal-trousseau.com. We’ll work closely with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.
Tracking Number
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update the tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, contact us with your name, email, and order number.
