We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Because our items are carefully curated and often made to order, we’ve designed a return policy that balances flexibility with the craftsmanship behind each piece.

Bridal Gowns & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the custom nature of bridal gowns and made-to-order pieces, all gown sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items. Please ensure your measurements, style, and selection are correct before purchasing. Our team is always happy to assist with sizing and styling before checkout.

Accessories & Non-Custom Items

For veils, jewelry, hairpieces, belts, and other non-custom accessories:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
